After a month of absence, I’m back with fangs and loads of news and tips to share!

First off, the debut of the iPhone 4. It was stunning especially with its (highly debatable) retina display, Face Time video chat and increased battery life. This is, by far, the best device ever announced after the iPad this year. Yup, call me Apple-fan-junkie but I’m just really amazed with Apple’s way of introducing their product.

Just recently, Microsoft announce several products too – Microsoft Kin One and Two, the new Xbox 360 250gb Slim, and Microsoft Kinect (the rebranded name of Project Natal).

Microsoft Kin Series phones are Microsoft’s way of connecting to the B and C market by capturing their mindset in the phones’ integrated Facebook and Twitter applications.

The announcement of the new Xbox 360 250gb Slim in the recent E3 was also a big thing! Its slimmer (duh!) and smaller than the old Xbox 360. Its overall look is reminiscent of Alienware desktop PCs although slimmer. Its quieter than the old version and it comes with an extra USB-data-power slot specially built-in for Microsoft Kinect peripheral. The new Xbox is now available in the US for $299.

Meanwhile, Microsoft Kinect (aka Project Natal) is undoubtedly a breakthrough product. Move over Wii because Kinect is the way of the future. With Kinect, you can play games without the use of any physical controllers (suck that, Playstation Move). Microsoft also announced a video chat feature that comes with Kinect.

The Apple iPad has been making a lot of Filipinos very happy. Last month, I got myself an iPad and I must say that it’s truly one fine thang [sic]! My full review of the said device has been uber-delayed but I will not miss post it within this month. The delay was caused by the arrival of the most important person of my life – my son, Piero Lorenzo.

Stay tuned, relax and wait till I flood this website with lots of reviews, news and tips!
