Unboxing
When you get the Cosmos S, you’ll receive the usual contents of a new phone from Cherry Mobile. But, it’s a good thing that CM managed to include 2 free casings, which you an use alternatively.

First Impression
Holding CM Cosmos S for the first time, it felt like it can easily slip from your fingers. Countless times I accidentally pressed the lock/unlock/power button. What I like about it is that its screen is crisp and vibrant, and its 5 inch screen compliments perfectly with it.

Quad-Core
While browsing the specs of CM Cosmos S, I was exited to test the performance of its Quad Core immediately. it works perfectly well when I tried loading in low requirement games like Candy Crush, Little Empire and Minions Rush.
Playing games like Asphalt 8 & Demon Hunter 4, I can now feel the stutter. To test it further, I tried loading Little Empire together with Asphalt 8, and by doing this, you can no longer enjoy Asphalt 8 because of too much lag.
Camera
I’m impressed with the camera’s quality. Even with low light or no light, it still produces quality images.

Unfortunately, the battery of this device cannot stand up to long hours of gaming (and non-stop calls). There were a couple of times its battery has failed me while I’m on support. My advise whenever you see Cosmos S under 30% battery life, recharge it.

Verdict
This product can compare head to head with other brands in terms of processor performance and quality screen resolution. What I don’t like about CM Cosmos S is its battery life, knowing a fully charged gadget will not last the whole day will take away your peace of mind. I think what most people like about Cherry Mobile is that it can give us quality gadgets for very low price.
With that being said, we would love to hear your thoughts if it is a worthy investment.
