The growing subscribers of Smart Infinity will finally be able to experience privilege at their fingertips. Just today, January 16, Smart Infinity launched the Smart Infinity Lifestyle applcation, a first-of-its-kind app design to provide Infinity subscribers a convenient, one-touch access to all premium services available to them.
During the event, Infinity Business Group Head, Julie Carceller said, ” Smart Infinity has a proven track record of providing the most delightful mobile experience to subscribers through a host of carefully-designed, world-class services. Now, the Smart Infinity app takes those services, and places all of them in a single app for our subscriber’s convenience.
The app is pretty much packed with essential features, and some improvements and features will be available in its future updates. Prestige Plan 500 and Premium Plan 8000 subscribers may place calls or send messages to his/her Infinity Management Officer for account related concerns. It is also possible to contact Smart Infinity Worldwide Concierge to cater to their lifestyle both here and abroad. Yes, subscribers can even ask to reserve tickets or store items for them. I just wonder though if it’s possible to ask the concierge to scratch the back of the subscriber.
Other features of the app includes the following:
- 24/7 account service and information (regular call and sms rates apply)
- real-time snapshots of account details, such as Statements of Accounts anytime
- list of roaming rates by country
- list of Smart Stores that offer VIP services exclusively to Smart Infinity subscribers
- one-touch access to the latest multimedia services like Spinnr and Clickplay
The app may now be downloaded from Apple App Store and Google Playstore. For iPhone users, be sure to switch your store to Philippines.
