Another competitive ‘phablet’ has been announced by one of the top local smartphone companies in the country, the CloudFone. The CloudFone Thrill 600FHD promises to be the best in the market in terms of the 6-inch smartphone lineup. Let’s take a quick look to what the specs are.
Display
One thing is for sure, this phone is humongous! The 600FHD boasts true HD with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 which is definitely display a clear and crisp images. Not only it has full HD display, it is also coupled with IPS technology and OGS for better color reproduction and it is also protected by the Asahi Dragontrail for more durable and scratch-resistant protection. We have yet to experience its true color display, but it looks promising and truly unbelievable.
Camera
What’s really cool about the cameras of the 600FHD is that both the rear and front camera feature a LED flash. The rear camera has 13MP while the fronter has 8MP. Like any other KitKat smartphones, features like HDR mode, Multi-angle image mode, Motion track mode, Live photo mode and more are included in the OS and users would find it very convenient and will get the feeling of handling a DSLR.
Performance
The CloudFone Thrill 600FHD is all about power. When I say power, I mean octa-core processor. The 600FHD has the Mediatek MT6592, a 1.7 Ghz Octa-core processor which is a very common octa-core processor to all local octa-core smartphones. The 600FHD also has 2 GB of RAM which is perfectly fit for the octa-core processor. The only downside here is that the memory is not expandable, meaning, you are stuck at 32 GB of storage. Antutu Benchmark scores up to 30k points which definitely breaks the barrier of a common smartphone nowadays. It also has a USB-OTG feature which you can work and play directly from your hard drive to your smartphone. A really beaut, I must say.
The OS is also updated to Android Kitkat that can boost the performance of the smartphone for more responsiveness and reliability.
