Just last week, Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong LIMITED announced that Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will be available starting March 17. The HD remake of the said game will have an SRP of PhP2,999, and will be available at authorized dealers. We’re guessing that dealers might sell this for PhP3,125, so you better save up for it especially if you’re a Final Fantasy fan.
Apart from the game’s HD features, there is also another purpose why you should get this game – it contains Final Fantasy XV demo as an initial shipment bonus. Here’s what FFXV director, Hajime Tabata, said about the demo:
“I had the chance to participate in the Taipei Game Show this year, and was touched by the serious and direct passion of the fans in Asia. It had strongly motivated me to prepare Asian languages in the demo version. Though it had not been planned initially, I discussed with the development members, and decided to localize the demo.
We hope to update the demo bundled in the “FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD” in April, and provide the Traditional Chinese and Korean subtitles for the Asian customers to play in their languages.
I hope to see many customers experience and enjoy the genuine FINAL FANTASY adventure in the new open world.”
We’re very excited to try the games ourselves once FF Type-0 ships this March 17. We have already contacted Sony for a possible copy of the game for our review. Let’s hope that they’ll allow us to play the game once it becomes available.
