Kaspersky Internet Security
Kaspersky today officially launched its new line of consumer protection solutions for users in the Philippines. The world-famous software company’s 2016 line includes three separate products: Kaspersky Internet Security, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, and Kaspersky Internet security (Multi-Device). These all offer enhanced privacy features intended to protect your data, identity, money, and even the devices where they have been installed. Windows, OS X, and Android are all supported.

Here are some of the new features of the 2016 line at a glance:

Security: Change control

Change Control is a feature that detects any process attempting to make changes to a device’s Web browser, like setting a new home page or search engine, which often happens after freeware is installed with or without a user’s knowledge.

Privacy: Private browsing

Private browsing comes in the form of a plugin, and it automatically removes information about a user’s browser activities, their locations, and search history, among other things. It’s basically a kind of Chrome Incognite mode that’s integrated to the entire Kaspersky anti-virus and Internet security programs.

Kids: Kaspersky Safe Kids

Kaspersky Safe Kids is a “freemium” feature that, for the time being, is going to be provided to all Kaspersky users for free. It will offer you options to stay on top of the browsing habits of your children, keeping track of all the web sites they visit, and even the programs that they access on the computers that they use.

Simplicity: Better management

With the 2016 line, there’s better security management and access to support through all of the different security products. With each license of instance of Kaspersky’s new products, a user will get their own My Kaspersky account. This will then allow them to manage their security from anywhere with access to the Web.

Performance: Optimized compatibility

Finally, more than just adding all the above-mentioned features, Kaspersky also went to great lengths to optimize their latest software for all-around better performance. And this should apply to everyone, as even gamers will benefit from a little special something called Gamer Mode for “an uninterrupted gaming experience.”
