Deals, deals, deals. Summertime is probably one of the best times to buy a new smartphone. Earlier today, Torque announced that they’re bringing down the cost of their 5.5-inch phablet, Droidz Slate HD to PhP3,888. This basically makes the smartphone one of the most affordable phablets available with quad-core processor and 1GB RAM.
Apart from the said device, they also have a sub-PhP1000 smartphone, the Droidz Buzz, which was selling PhP1499 before the annoucement of their April-icious summer deal. Buzz features a 3.5HVGA screen, dual 2mp camera and a dedicated selfie button.
Joining this year’s summer deals is Droidz Span, which now sells for only PhP1,299 from PhP3,499. It features 5-inch display with 5mp rear and 3mp front cameras. It also has a very slim profile, measuring 9.8mm only.
