Just today, July 16, 2016, the number one gaming brand worldwide opened its first concept store in the country. Located at the 4th floor, SM Cyberzone, Building B of SM Megamall in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, the new store is going to be the new hub of ASUS ROG’s gaming peripheral, component, and computers.
Spotted in the concept store are the liquid-cooled GX700 Gaming Laptop, our last year’s laptop of the year GL552JW, ROG GL752, G501, G20 and the G11 gaming desktop. Available in store are peripherals such as the latest ROG Strix 1080 and 1070. The latter, by the way, is being sold for PhP28,950 (cash) or PhP29,950 (credit card).
Evoking engagement and excitement are what the store is aiming at. This is the very reason why all the devices and peripherals may be experienced at the store. During the launch, 2 HTC Vive were installed to fully experience the laptops and desktops with VR-compatible components. We were informed by ASUS Product Marketing Manager, John Rober Osorio, that these VR peripherals may be used by consumers who want to experience the power and reliability of their products.
According to ASUS Philippines PR Head Anvey Factora, ““ROG is driven by the vision to create premium and reliable gaming machines and new product innovations in the Philippines. The first ROG flagship concept store is the first, and Filipinos can expect that ROG will spearhead more exciting gaming activities in the country in the near future.”
Announced also during the launch are the in-store freebies for visitors who will be buying products from July 15 to 30.
