The UP Rave joins the UP Sense in the company’s lineup of smartphones equipped with fingerprint sensors, which provides peace of mind to its user by providing an extra layer of security to their personal information, photos, videos, emails and social media accounts. It also provides convenience as the owner can unlock the device without the need for a password.
The UP Rave can save up to 5 fingerprints, and provides up to 13.3 hours talk time and 4 days standby time thanks to a 4000mAh battery.
The device also features a 5-inch IPS HD display which makes it ideal for media consumption, as well as 3D stereo sound for loud, clear, and rich audio.
Both the front and rear cameras of the UP Rave are 8MP shooters which captures bright and beautiful photos/selfies. It also supports gesture control so users can take selfies either through smiling, showing a peace sign, or using the fingerprint sensor.
The Starmobile UP Rave will be available in Starmobile concept stores, kiosks, and authorized dealers starting next week for only PhP4,290.
