Tech fans were in for a treat today as Vivo announced its latest additions to the their X device lineup and their newest entries to the mid range segment, the Vivo X9 and X9 Plus, and boy do they pack a punch.

So what make these two smartphones so great? Well, they have something that’s completely and outrageously interesting. Love selfies? Well, they don’t have one, but two front facing cameras! And we’re not talking about some cheap camera components here.

The first of the two is a 20MP camera which uses a Sony IMX376 sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and the 2nd is an 8MP camera which is primarily used for depth and perhaps enable additional features when taking selfies.

The X9 boasts a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with 4GB of RAM, a 3050mAh battery, and will come in 64GB and 128GB variants. The X9 Plus is a more powerful version of the X9 which uses the same screen technology but on a slightly bigger 5.88-inch display, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 653, 6GB of RAM and a more potent 4,000mAh battery.
