In an event held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel, mobile shopping platform, Shopee, announced its plans to further expand its fastest growing category of products: Mobiles and Gadgets, in conjunction with the upcoming graduation month and summer season.
The company plans to offer a wider range of products for tech lovers, such as best-selling mobile phones, wearables, VR peripherals, power banks, and data cables. In fact, a number of brands and shops such as MemoXpress, Torque, IntoGadgets, X-Mini, and Bavin have already joined Shopee to have such offerings at different price points.
For March, Shopee plans to launch its biggest promo for gadgets and mobiles named “March Madness”, wherein techies can expect some of the lowest prices. Throughout the month, the company also plans to feature campaigns like Mobile Mania, which features the most affordable phones, as well as Shopee Exclusives, with deals on gadgets and accessories that can only be found on Shopee.
From March 1 to 17, users can expect discounts of up to 85%, as well as lots of exciting events such as product launches, gifts and promo bundles, among other surprises, all via the Shopee app and corresponding social media channels.
Shopee, the first mobile shopping platform in the Philippines to offer free shipping and Cash on Delivery options for both buyers and sellers, is now ranked as the 2nd best shopping app in Southeast Asia and Taiwan in both the Apple App Store, and the Google Playstore.
