At long last, the wait is finally over as ASUS has officially launched the Zenfone 3 Zoom here in the Philippines.
Announced at CES 2017, the Zenfone 3 Zoom is a combination of all the great features of the other Zenfone models and showcases a very slim form with a metal body. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display that brings out the vibrancy in just about any type of content.
At the heart of the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-Core CPU, which has been proven to be very capable and power efficient at the same time. Couple that with 4GB of RAM, and multi-tasking should already be a breeze. It also has 64GB of internal storage expandable with a MicroSD card.
One of the things where the Zenfone 3 Zoom shines, is in the imaging department. It sports a dual rear camera setup composed of a 12MP main camera that is capable of 4K video recording at 30 fps, and is more suited for low-light photography thanks to its f/1.7 aperture, and another 12MP camera with 2.3x Optical Zoom.
Supporting this setup is the new SuperPixel Technology, which combines a Superfast, Multi-Stage, Multi-Frame, Noise Reduction algorithm to achieve highest level of image quality, as well as an improved TriTech Auto Focus System, which makes use of a 2nd generation Laser Auto Focus, Subject Tracking Auto Focus, and Dual Pixel PDAF.
The same SuperPixel Technology is also incorporated into the Zenfone 3 Zoom’s 13MP front camera which uses a wide-angle lens to fit more subjects/content in one shot.
The device packs an extremely potent 5,000mAh battery, along with other features such as Hi-Res audio, support for DTS when using headphones, Dual SIM capability, USB OTG, USB Type-C interface, and runs on ZenUI 3.0 on top of Android Marshmallow out of the box.

The Zenfone 3 Zoom is now available in Navy Black, Glacier Silver, and Rose Gold at selected ASUS concept stores/kiosks, and authorized dealers nationwide for PhP23,995.
