The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus are famous for their imaging prowess, thanks to their Dual Leica Camera setups. But these phone are also packed with some nifty features that make them so much capable beyond photography.

The innovative fingerprint sensor in the Huawei P10 makes screen navigation easier and smarter, as it also allows you to perform navigation gestures. A simple touch, hold, and swipe can actually let you perform several tasks with speed. It also frees up your screen, letting you have more real-estate for your content.

Knuckle Control

Knuckle gestures are handy for opening your frequently used applications in an instant. All you have to do is draw a letter with your knuckles, and a corresponding app will open even when the screen is off. A good example would be drawing the letter C to launch the Camera app.

Stepping Up in Screenshots

The Huawei P10 can take full, partial and scrolling screenshots. To take a full screenshot, a ll you need to do is knock on the screen twice using your knuckle. You can even capture screenshots with a specific shape, and also screenshots that are longer than one screen.

Multitasking

Split Screen and Multi Window Mode lets you view two apps side by side. All you have to do is draw a line in the middle of the screen. The P10 also allows you to resize the window and move it across the screen. This means that you can do things like texting and watching a video at the same time.

Screen Recording

The Huawei P10 also has a built-in screen recorder tool. To start or stop a recording, just knock on the screen twice with two knuckles, or press the volume up and power buttons simultaneously.

One Handed Operation or with Gloves On

The one-handed UI feature makes it easier to navigate the screen by shrinking it down in the corner, making it easier to reach icons with one finger.

Glove Mode also lets you navigate the UI for instances when need to use your phone in areas wherein you can’t take off your gloves.

The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus are priced at Php 28,990 and Php 36,990 respectively, and are available at Huawei Experience Stores and retail partners nationwide. The P10 comes in Greenery, Dazzling Blue, Prestige Gold, and Graphite Black variants, while the P10 Plus comes in Dazzling Blue, Dazzling Gold and Graphite Black.
