Digital Multifunction Colored Printers
Ricoh introduced two new multifunction colored printers (MFPs), the MPC4504EXSP and the MPC2004EXSP which are equipped with the revolutionary Smart Operation Panel.
The Smart Operation Panel allows the user to integrate several processes and customize shortcuts to avoid the hassle of doing the repetitive manual tasks associated with printing. The new interface delivers improved usability by allowing gestures commonly used in smartphones and tablets such as swipe, pinch, and flick.
There’s also cloud connectivity, which allows users to view documents remotely and share information effectively with devices that are connected to the MFPs.
Ricoh MFP’s are also able to achieve vibrant results in print and image quality, thanks to a precision of 1200 x 1200 dots per inch and print speeds of 30 to 60 pages per minute.
Interactive Whiteboards for Real-Time Collaboration
The Ricoh IWB-D6510 Interactive Whiteboard saves time and expenses by allowing users to conduct real-time collaborative digital meetings. It allows for up to 20 viewers from web-connected devices across different locations.
Using the IWB, users can make changes using the whiteboard tools to draw, write, edit, resize, move, and save information easily.
Connected IWBs create a common space wherein what’s added to one board will be visible to other boards in the network. Users can also choose participants and determine how their information will be displayed.
Widescreen Clear Projection and Collaboration from Short Distances
The Ricoh PJ-WX4152N Ultra Short Throw Projector lets workers get closer to their audience while projecting with stunning clarity. Even in a position that is 4.6 inches from the projection surface, the PJ-WX4152N is able to display crisp, compelling images, movies, presentations, and other forms of media from a wide range of audio-visual equipment using 1280 x 800 WXGA wide format resolution.
This projector also can also display information from up to four devices in a single screen. Equip it with the Ricoh Smart Presenter app, and you’ll be able to invite iPad users to view the presentation remotely. Pair it with Ricoh’s Business Projection System to share the presentation in up to four different locations.
The PJ-WX4152N has an impressive contrast ratio of up to 13,000:1 and 3,500 lumens to project rich images even in the most sunlit meeting rooms. It can also intelligently detect and automatically balance keystone distortions for worry-free presentations.
