The newest device under Google’s Android One program is quite and interesting one. Now, you can experience Android in its purest form, on the powerful, affordable midrange device, the Xiaomi Mi A1.
The Mi A1 boasts a 5.5-inch LTPS Full HD display and runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor clocked at 2.0GHz. There’s also 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage for your photos, videos, and other files.
What’s even more interesting is that the A1 also has a dual rear camera system, composed of two 12MP sensors, combining telephoto and wide-angle lenses for a “DSLR Effect,” along with portrait mode, 2x optical zoom, and up to 10x digital zoom.
The Mi A1 also packs a 3080mAh battery and runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat. Availability is set for 37 countries (ours included, hopefully), with a debut scheduled in India soon. The price? $235.
