PLDT, the country’s leading digital services provider officially opened its very first concept store in the metro, located at the second floor of the Promenade in Greehills, San Juan. It’s also the first PLDT sales and service center in the area.
Apart from catering to standard customer transactions such as new line applications and bills payment, PLDT’s new concept store also features one-of-a-kind interactive displays. There’s also an Augmented Reality display, an oversized version of the mobile application, Snapchat, which lets users take photos on changing and interactive backgrounds. This is also accessible to passersby, as it’s located just outside the SSC.
The new SSC also offers video chat service to customers, so that they can experience the service offerings from PLDT Home Fibr, DSL and Ultera first-hand. Those who are waiting can also learn more about PLDT’s products and services, while enjoying high-speed browsing, video streaming, gaming and social media surfing through the interactive displays.
The formal opening was hosted by TV personality Cesca Litton, in the presence of PLDT executives with special guest, Bb. Pilipinas Grand International 2016 Nicole Cordoves.
