It was just yesterday that we posted an article about the OPPO R11s and R11s Plus being spotted in TENAA. And now, the devices have been officially unveiled.
The OPPO R11s and R11s Plus are basically identical in almost every aspect, except for a few things: display size, RAM, and battery. Both have 18:9 screens and offer over 85% screen-to-body ratio. The R11s has 6.01-inches of real estate, while the R11s Plus has a larger 6.43-inches. Both are AMOLED displays with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels, or FHD+.
Both devices are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz, with the R11s sporting 4GB of RAM, and the R11s Plus with 6GB. Storage is the same for both phones at 64GB with microSD card support. The R11s packs a 3,205mAh battery, while the R11s Plus has 4000mAh. Both are compatible with VOOC fast charging.
For the camera department, both the R11s and R11s Plus are equipped with a dual camera system at the back composed of 16MP + 20MP sensors. Selfies are handled by a 20MP front facing camera that also features AI Beauty Technology.
The R11s and R11s+ run on ColorOS 3.2, which introduces Split Screen and the ability to unlock the device using facial recognition.
The OPPO R11s and R11s Plus will retail for CNY 2,999 (CNY 3,199 for the red variant) and CNY 3,699 respectively with availability in China set for November 10.
