The PMCService app allows customers to easily book appointments with their preferred schedules, and track the repair status of their devices online and in real time. No need to  physically go to the store to check on repairs.

The app also has provisions for checking warranty coverage, a list of repair services that are offered in Power Mac Center service centers, as well as a branch locator, making it a one stop shop for information regarding service center offerings.

With a user-friendly interface, even non-techies should be able to appreciate the ease of use and accessibility that the app offers.
