Samsung Set to Unveil its Newest Exynos SoC on January 4

We all know that the Snapdragon 845 will be the chip to power the upcoming Galaxy S9 and S9+ for the US and Chinese markets.

Elsewhere though, remains a mystery. Fortunately, the wait won’t be long, as the Korean company has posted a tweet regarding an event for January 4, 2018, in which the newest Exynos SoC will be unveiled.

There’s no news as to what this new chip will offer. We can only guess: AI? an improved ISP? perhaps. but we’ll keep you posted as the announcement is made.
