A screenshot of the specifications of Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship, the Mi 7, has been leaked online. There are rumors that it won’t be launched just yet, in favor of another device, but it’s still good to know what the company has in store for us, right?
Anyway, the leak confirms that the phone will have a 5.6-inch FHD+ display (no smiles from the QuadHD camp), and runs on the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chip. It also has 8GB of RAM, which is a notable upgrade from the Mi 6’s 4GB/6GB, along with 128GB of storage, hopefully expandable.
For optics, the leak also shows dual 16MP cameras. The device packs a 4,480mAh battery, which is also larger that the Mi 6’s 3,350mAh. As for the OS, I think we can safely assume that the Mi 7 will run on MIUI 9, or at the very least, an upgrade path to it.
