Huawei has just announced a new mid-range device in Thailand named the Y9 (2018), a phone that on paper, resembles the Nova 2i in numerous aspects, such as dual cameras at the front and rear, and an 18:9 Full HD display.
The device is powered by the Kirin 659 octa-core processor, along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage with microSD card support. For imaging, there’s a 16MP main camera, and a 13MP front snapper, both augmented with a 2MP camera for depth sensing.
The Y9 (2018) runs on Android Oreo out of the box, and packs a 4,000mAh battery. There’s still no details regarding availability and price.
