On this review, we performed series of tests to know the read and write speeds of the drive. In addition to this, we will also show you the health and  temperature during idle and with load. We used three different software:

  • HD Tune Pro – This tool specifies the health of the drive and scans for any errors.

  • Crystal Disk Mark – a tool that specializes in sequential read and write speeds. Unit used is MB/s and determines how fast can the files be transferred into the drive.

Based on the results, the Transcend StoreJet 25C3N performed exactly what we expected. The hard drive didn’t show any signs of high temperature during benchmarks.


The Transcend StoreJet 25C3N has sleek form factor that is packed with 1TB of storage. You can easily carry it very well because of its portability. Price tag is Php3,000.00 and I gotta say, it’s competitive compared to other brands that has 1TB of storage.
