LG G7 ThinQ Set to Be Unveiled on May 2

LG has finally revealed the date when it will officially unveil its newest premium smartphone, the LG G7 ThinQ. It will be on May 2, 2018, to be held at Metropolitan West in New York City, and on May 3, 2018 at I’Park Mall in Seoul, South Korea. In PH, the device is scheduled for launch sometime at the end of May.

The G7 ThinkQ is the first premium smartphone to feature the ThinQ name, which is used to brand all LG products and services that make use of Artificial Intelligence or AI.

The device is the latest evolution of the V30S ThinQ, the first smartphone from the brand to feature AI technology at its core, including voice recognition and Vision AI, the LG V7 ThinkQ will also offer improved interconnectivity with other ThinkQ devices such as home appliances, and more.

The LG G7 ThinkQ’s predecessor, the G6, was launched in Manila in April of 2017, and was dubbed as “The Social Media Phone”, winning 31 booth awards at the Mobile World Congress 2017, It features an all new design – a 5.7-inch FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ratio, a dual lens 13MP camera, Dolby Vision and HDR 10 support, and Google Assistant. You can expect the G7 ThinQ to have more of the same features, but with an improved user experience.
