Rumors no more, as Samsung’s upcoming mid-range devices, the Galaxy A6 and A6+ have been revealed in the company’s Indonesian website, complete with all of its key selling points, such as the Premium Infinity Display, Live Focus, and Dual Rear cameras on the A6+.
Both devices will have 18.5:9 Super AMOLED displays, with the A6 at 5.6-inches and the A6+ at 6-inches. At the helm is a 1.8GHz octa-core processor, along with 3GB of RAM on the A6, and 4GB on the A6+. Both come with 32GB of expandable storage.
For imaging, the A6+ sports a dual rear camera system (16MP + 5MP) that allows the user to add a depth of field effect to photos, along with a 24MP front camera. The A6 on the other hand has a single 16MP sensor at the front and rear.
Unfortunately, no water and dust protection for both devices. They do have facial recognition and Bixby at least. The A6 and A6+ will run on 3,000mAh and 3,500mAh power packs respectively.
