The new lineup is a good mix of medium to premium range of TVs. Ushering the diverse lineup is the A8F series, which boasts 4K HDR Processor X1 Extreme, 4K High Dynamic Range, OLED display and acoustic surface technology. The processor, which powers the series upscales all video contents to near 4K HDR quality, without sacrificing details and visual fidelity.
Its OLED display makes everything even better thanks to deep black and natural color, which only OLED panels can achieve. To complete the feature package, the new series offers Acoustic Surface technology. What is basically does is that the 2 actuators behind the TV vibrate the screen to create sound. We had the chance to try this out the demo area and it just blew us away.
Apart from the A8F series, Sony also announced X9000F, X8500F, X8300F, X7500F and X7007F series.
In a statement by Nobuyoshi Otake, Sony Philippines Managing Director, “Our consumers expect the best entertainment at home in the forms of larger screens, excellent picture, and immersive sound quality. There are more expectations inside their homes because that is where shared watching experiences take place. The new Sony Bravia line-up makes this happen to your consumers with the latest premium offering with the Sony Bravia OLED A8F Series and Sony Bravia LED televisions showcasing an exceptional advancement in TV features.”
