After continuously teasing it on their Facebook page, Vivo has finally confirmed that their newest flagship that will be launched today, is the X21 with the company’s signature under-display fingerprint scanning technology.

The Vivo X21 has a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 660 processor, along with 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage expandable with a microSD card.

The device has a dual rear camera system, composed of a 12MP main sensor, augmented by a secondary 5MP sensor that lets you take photos with a depth of field effect. The 12MP front camera also features AI-assisted beautification.


The Vivo X21 runs on Funtouch OS 4.0 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo, and houses 3,200mAh battery. More details and official pricing will all be revealed tonight, so stay tuned!
