A lot of rumors have been circulating regarding HTC’s upcoming mid range device, and at IFA 2018, the company has confirmed much of what is already known. Welcome the HTC U12 Life with a unique Dual Finish Design.
Dual Finish. Yes, that means it’s body isn’t your usual all sleek and shiny surface, but is made of up two distinct textures. It has a 6-inch FHD+ 18:9 display, and runs on a Snapdragon 636 processor, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card.
The device has a 16MP main sensor with PDAF, and a secondary 5MP sensor for the depth of field effect . At the front, there’s a 13MP shooter with LED Flash. It comes with Android Oreo 8.1 out of the box, and houses a 3,600mAh battery. It comes in two colors: Moonlight Blue and Twilight Purple.
The device is set to launch in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East in September.
