Apart from the iPhone XS and XS Max, Apple also announced a third iPhone during its event earlier this morning, which carries some notable features found in the XS and XS Max, but with a more affordable price tag and more color options. Meet the new iPhone XR.

The iPhone XR is IP67 certified for water and dust resistance, and boasts a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina HD display (HD+ resolution). It’s also powered by the same A12 Bionic Chip in the iPhone Xs and Xs Max.

At the back of the device is a single 12MP camera with a wide angle lens. It’s capable of up 4K video recording, 5x digital zoom and has Portrait Mode with depth control, Optical  Image Stabilization, and Smart HDR, among many other features. The 7MP front camera also has Portrait Mode and video stabilization.

The iPhone XR runs on iOS 12, and boasts a battery that lasts up to 1.5 hours longer than the iPhone 8 Plus. It comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB variants, and is priced starting starting at $749 (64GB). Color options – Yellow, White. Coral, Black, and Blue.
