Xiaomi, one of the pioneers of the full screen screen concept, is once again stepping up its game with the release of the Mi Mix 3. Available in Jade Green, Sapphire Blue, Onyx Black, and a limited Palace Museum Edition, the newest member of the Mi Mix series has already established a reputation of both tech and art aficionados.

mi mix 3 u 19The Mi Mix 3 features a stunning new design, and boasts a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 845, along with up to 10GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. The device runs on MIUI 10 on top of Android 9 Pie and packs a 3,200mAh power pack with Quick Charge 4.0+ and Qi Wireless Charging Technology.

mi mix 3 u 21One unique feature of the device is its sliding mechanism for the front cameras – a combination of a 24MP and 2MP sensor, and AI-capabilities.  At the back is another pair of AI-powered snappers (12MP + 12MP) with OIS and can also record 960fps slow motion videos.

mi mix 3 u 25There’s no information as to when exactly the Mi Mix 3 will arrive in the Philippines, and its local price. What we do know is that Xiaomi is eyeing a local launch before the year ends.
