First was an ad, and now, a photo of what seems to be an actual working unit of Huawei’s foldable smartphone has surfaced, prior to its official launch.
The image shows the device slightly folded, with its thin bezels and vivid display. Compared to Samsung’s offering, this one looks undeniably more sleek, and refined.
The Mate X is rumored to sport both a 6.6-inch and a 6.2-inch display, and measures 8-inches when in tablet form. It’s said to be powered by the Kirin 980, and also boasts four rear cameras (presumably what we’ll find in the upcoming P30 Pro) and 2 front snappers.
Huawei will be having its MWC event tonight at 9PM local time, wherein more details will most likely be unveiled.
