Samsung Launches Three New Wearable Devices for a Connected On-the Go Lifestyle

Today’s launch wasn’t just about phones, but accessories as well. Speaking of which, Samsung also announced  new wearable devices, all designed to compliment the feature-packed Galaxy S10 series.

To those who value fashion as much as their health, the Galaxy Watch Active is your perfect companion. Its sporty design is all thin, light and versatile.

With well-being in mind, it takes a holistic approach to monitoring everything that matters. It’s equipped with a stress tracker to keep your stress levels in check and even guide you on a long-term goal.

Fitness Tracking is as easy as choosing an activity and starting it. Simple, right? the Galaxy Watch Active knows whether you’re running, riding a bike, rowing, using an ellipitcal trainer, or doing a dynamic workout. You can also manually track more than 39 types of activities, set daily goals, and monitor your progress towards that goal.

It features popular third-party apps such as Under Armour, Spotify and Strava. It can also accept voice commands for making calls and sending messages via Bixby’s voice capabilities.

The Galaxy Watch Active will retail for PhP11,990 and is compatible with both Android and iOS platforms.

The Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fit e are made for all types of fitness enthusiasts. Both enable easy and intuitive tracking to help you reach your fitness goals. Like the Watch Active, both can also intelligently detect whether you’re engaged in physical activities. You can also manually select from over 90 different activities using the Samsung Health app.

You can easily interact with the devices, thanks to an intuitive UX and a user-friendly smart experience. You can receive alerts and messages or check the widget for information relayed straight from your smartphone such as alarm, calendar, and weather. Travelling to a new time zone? no problem as the Galaxy Fit can automatically display a dual clock watch face.

For your peace of mind, both have been given a 5ATM rating, which means you can take them to the pool or the shower without any worries.

The Galaxy Buds deliver a seamless connected experience on the go, with a supreme listening experience with sound by AKG, Enhanced Ambient Sound lets you hear your surroundings clearly even when wearing the buds, so you can still be aware of your environment at the same time as you take a phone call or listen to your favorite tunes.

Premium sound extends to your voice as well, thanks to Adaptive Dual Microphone which uses one inner microphone and one outer microphone in each earbud, you should be able to deliver your voice clearly in both loud and quiet environments.

The Galaxy Buds can yield up to six hours of Bluetooth Streaming and up to five hours of calls. The carrying case doubles as a charger that can deliver an additional seven hours of uptime, and gives the Galaxy Buds 1.7 hours on a 15 minute quick charge. You can also charge the buds using the wireless charging and device-to-device power sharing feature of the Galaxy S10.

The Galaxy Buds will retail for PhP6,990, and also comes as a freebie with every pre-order of the Galaxy S10. Via Bixby, it can also accept voice commands for making calls, sending text messages, for checking the battery life of the earbuds, and more.
