Hot after its launch of the Avengers Limited Edition OPPO F11 Pro, the company seems to have other plans on hand. This time, a Gundam Edition of its Reno smartphone.
Seen on the company’s post in its Reno account in Weibo is a photo that seems to confirm the partnership, while a photo of the allegedly limited edition device inspired by the Japanese robot anime series was spotted on Twitter.
The design nicely compliments the phone’s punch hole design, along with its minimal bezels. The back panel on the other hand, will have an image of a gundam robot, which gives enough space to fit its dual rear cameras.
With a physical fingerprint sensor missing, this phone is expected to have an in-display fingerprint scanner. As with its previous limited edition phone, we can also expect a matching theme or wallpaper, along with special packaging.
There’s no other available information about the specifics of the phone, but it’s rumored that it’ll be a part of the Reno lineup.
