Vivo has announced a new addition to its Y-Series lineup. The Vivo Y17 sports some of the more premium features found in the company’s mid-range phones, for a more budget-friendly price.
The Vivo Y17 has a 6.35-inch HD+ Halo FullView display, and is powered by the Helio P35 octa-core processor, along with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The Y17 houses AI-assisted triple rear shooters – 13MP (Main), 8MP (120° Wide-Angle), and 2MP (Depth). You also get a 20MP front snapper with AI Face Beauty.
The device comes with Funtouch OS 9 on top of Android 9 Pie, bringing features such as Competition Mode that reallocates the phone’s resources to deliver the most optimal gaming performance. Lastly, it packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W Dual-Engine fast charging technology.
Pricing
The Vivo Y17 comes in two colors – Mineral Blue and Mystic Purple, and is priced at PhP12,990.
