LiPlay ColorsFUJIFILM recently announced the newest member of its instax lineup, the instax mini LiPlay. This new Hybrid instant camera not only allows you to print photos on the fly, but also gives you the option of “adding” sound to your mini photos. Well, in its own way at least.

Think of it as adding a more sentimental touch on your photos. There’s also a feature called Direct Print, which lets you print images in your smartphone on instax film. It does have a 10-second limit, so make sure to keep your message short, but concise.

The camera’s body features a streamlined and stylish design. Additionally, its lightweight and compact form factor makes it a breeze to carry around.  It also has dedicated buttons and dials for basic operations.

The instax series was first launched back in 1998, and is called “Cheki” in Japan, where it has enjoyed a wide popularity for over 20 years. Today, it’s sold in over 100 countries worldwide, including Europe, Americas, an APAC, boasting a cumulative number of shipments topping over 45 million.

The FUJIFILM instax mini LiPlay comes in three colors – Stone White, Elegant Black, and Blush Gold, and will be available in stores some time late June to Early July of 2019 for PhP9,999 (inclusive of a microSD card and a pack of film).
