Fresh from the SuperGroupies Facebook Page comes a collab we never knew we wanted, until today. For old school RPG fans such as myself, Suikoden brings back so many memories that it is widely regarded as one of the best RPG’s ever made. While a remake or remaster is something we still hope for, this could be the next best thing.
If you didn’t know, SuperGroupies is a well known fashion brand that produces apparel inspired by anime and videogames and they have done countless collaborations already, from Hunter X Hunter to Persona 5 but this latest one is something old school gamers will want to take a look at.
First off is a watch that has a board that showcases all 108 stars as well as the Hero and Jowy’s crests. One nice detail by the latch is the engraving made by both the Hero and Jowy to reunite, giving us some feels so early in the day.
Next is a tote bag that shows off the map that our favorite characters went on a journey to and it can be used as either a sling bag or as a shoulder bag. A nice touch to the bag is the yellow scarf, reminiscent of the scarf the Hero wore during the game.
Videogame Content Editor. A father and gamer. Would gladly trade what’s left of his soul to witness a Final Fantasy 6 and Xenogears remake done during his lifetime.
