Lenovo Launches ThinkBook 13s in PH, the Perfect Tool for the Digitally-Driven Workforce

thinkbook13s 2Lenovo recently launched its ThinkBook series, devices built with today’s workforce in mind, delivering exceptional style and performance.

Heading the lineup is the ThinkBook 13s. Built with a magnesium-infused aluminum finish that gives it a premium look, this device packs a 13.3″ FHD IPS antiglare display, along with 5.5mm bezels. There’s also Dolby Vision HDR technology, which provides better brightness, contrast, and accurate colors.

ThinkBooks are also built with some of the durability features on the ThinkPad series. This includes protection from water spills, extreme temperature, and vibrations. The Zinc-Alloy hinge also has powdered-metal technology, and is rated to last 25,000 open-and-close cycles. It’s also coated with indium and stannum for added corrosion-resistance.

thinkbook13s 1ThinkBook 13s comes in two variants – one powered by an AMD Radeon 540X, comes with Windows 10 Home, and a 2-Year Carry-In Warranty (PhP54,990), and the other with an Integrated Intel UHD 620 on UMA Graphics, Windows 10 Pro, and a 1-Year Carry-in Warranty (PhP58,990). Both are powered by an 8th Generation Intel Core i5 processor, along with 8GB of RAM, and a 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD.

For uninterrupted productivity, these devices boast 11 hours of battery life, and Rapid Charge which pumps up the battery up to 80% with an hour of charging.

Other features include Lenovo Vantage, which allows the user to do preventive hardware diagnostics, personalize hardware settings, and set auto-install for critical updates. There’s also Lenovo Migration Assistant, which helps in migrating files and settings when upgrading systems.

ThinkBook 13s comes with the ThinkShield security suite that offers features such as Smart Power On fingerprint recognition, FIDO (Fast Identity Online) for safer online authentication, and discrete Trusted Platform Module (dTPM 2.0) encryption that encrypt and store user credentials on a separate chip. It also has a ThinkShutter webcam cover.

Users of the ThinkBook 13s can enjoy Premium Support which provides access to skilled and experienced Lenovo technicians for comprehensive hardware and software support. This also includes next business day onsite support, where experts from Lenovo will personally troubleshoot any problems and provide further solutions..

The device also Accidental Damage Support that covers damages such as minor spills, drops, and damages to the screen.

ThinkBook 13s is set to be available in Lenovo Exclusive Stores at SM North EDSA, SM Mall of ASia, and SM Megamall, as well as in Thinking Tools at SM City Cebu.
