OPPO A9 2020 Launches in PH, Priced at PhP15,990

OPPO has finally launched the newest members of its A-series lineup, the A9 2020, aiming to deliver a level-up combination of capable hardware, well-refined and feature-packed software, at a very competitive price.

OPPO A9 2020 boasts a premium design that resembles both the R17 Pro and the Find X, with its gradient colors and a new 3D design. It comes in two colors – Marine Green and Space Purple.

oppo a9 2020 80The device packs a 6.5″ FHD+ waterdrop display that gives it a screen-to-body ratio of 89% and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3+. Under the hood, you get a Snapdragon 665, along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage.

oppo a9 2020 10A9 2020 has four rear cameras – a 48MP main, an 8MP ultra wide angle, and a couple of 2MP sensors, one monochrome, and the other for portrait shots. It also boasts Ultra Night Mode 2.0, 4K video recording, and video stabilization – things you usually don’t get from an A-series device. Up front, there’s a 16MP shooter with AI-assisted beautification.

oppo a9 2020 6Other features include Dolby Atmos, Dual Stereo Speakers, Hi-Res Audio certification, Bluetooth 5.0, Game Boost 2.0, and a USB-C port. It runs on ColorOS 6 on top of Android 9 Pie, and packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports 10W fast-charging. It can also act as a power bank, thanks to reverse charging support.

Pricing and Availability

OPPO A9 2020 is priced at PhP15,990. Pre-order si available via Lazada from September 20 to 27, 2019, with store availability to follow on September 28, 2019.
