Xiaomi has set the date, September 24 to launch its new 5G phones, the Mi 9 Pro and Mi MIX 5G.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro is expected to be a refreshed Mi 9 with the same design as well as a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display. The Pro version is also reported to have the newer Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset and a larger 4000mAh battery. It will also be the first device to support the latest 30W Mi Charge Turbo wireless charging which was announced last week.
The Mi MIX 5G is rumored to have the same Snapdragon 855+ SoC and a curved QHD display. The rear shooter is expected to debut the 108MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX main sensor coupled with a telephoto and wide-angle lens.
Much of these should be taken with a grain of salt, but the wait won’t be long until we get a glimpse into the new devices from Xiaomi.
