During Tokyo Game Show 2019, it was revealed that Nioh 2 would be hitting retail early 2020. As of today, it’s been confirmed that the release date for this Dark Sengoku Action RPG is slated for March 12, 2020 as Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore Private Limited (SIES) has announced.
Nioh 2 is the anticipated sequel to Nioh, a dark Sengoku action RPG. Set in the age of samurai, Nioh depicts the story of a lone traveller who lands on the shores of Japan and must fight his way through the vicious warriors and supernatural Yokai that infest the land in order to find that which he seeks. Nioh has shipped 2.75 million copies worldwide since its release in February 2017.
Nioh will come in a standard edition priced at PHP2,999 and this time around, a special edition release priced at PHP3,999 will hit retail and will include the full game, a steelbook case, and an artbook.
