Vivo has unveiled a new mid-range device in China. The U3 packs quite a pretty standard set of specs for a device in its category.
The Vivo U3 has a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a notch for its 16MP selfie camera. On the rear, is a fingerprint scanner and a triple camera setup. The latter is comprised of a 16MP main shooter partnered with an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro lens.
The new device has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor at the helm, backed by up to 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage. Powering its internals is a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
It runs on Android Pie-based Funtouch OS 9 out of the box. The Vivo U3 also comes with Vivo’s AI-based digital assistant, Jovi, and features like Multi-Turbo and Game Space.
Vivo U3 is available in three colors – Black, Blue, and Porcelain Green. It comes with two memory combinations – 4GB/64GB and 6GB/64GB and is priced at CNY 999 (around PHP 7,200) and CNY 1,199 (around PHP 8,600), respectively.
