Realme’s latest midrange player, Realme 5, outranks other devices in Lazmall during 11-11! This was announced by Realme this afternoon in their Facebook post.
Today, Realme has evolved itself into a household name for affordable smartphones with killer specifications and premium looks. Their latest product iterations, Realme 5, Realme 5 Pro and Realme XT, were made to wow young Filipino consumers. Be it gaming or lifestyle, Realme has proven itself to be a worthy competitor in the market.
Realme 5 proves to be a worthwhile contender in the sub 10k market. It merely offers an arsenal that no other smartphone in this price segment has, which is the quad-camera setup paired with specs that you would find for its price range. The 48MP and Snapdragon 712 boost in going for the Pro variant of the Realme 5 depends on how much of a power user you are. But having the Realme 5 as is, especially the 4GB+128GB sweet spot, won’t certainly disappoint as your daily driver for social media, gaming, and photography thanks to its unique value proposition.
Realme 5 Pro is the most feature-packed and well-rounded smartphone the brand has ever released. It delivers great performance across all categories, complimented by a very versatile set of cameras, optimized software, and excellent battery life, with some bonuses such as fast-charging and 4K video recording. In return, there are obviously some compromises. The build quality is average, the design itself looks a bit dated, there’s neither a notification LED nor an always-on display, the wide-angle camera needs improvement, and some of the features like face unlock can still be refined. Thankfully, some of these can easily be addressed by an update, and for the price they’re asking for? the overall value of this phone is hard to beat.
XT is Realme’s best offering yet! There are specific areas where it could have performed better like battery life and sound quality (not a big fan of its mono speakers). Nevertheless, I seriously think that this product is among Realme’s competitive products, and the investment they are asking of PhP16,990 is totally worth it!
