Lazada, the leading eCommerce platform has recently launched its first region-wide delivery guarantee service that promises “delivery certainty” on every LazMall purchase, backed by compensation for untimely deliveries.
How it works
Customers can easily identify LazMall Guaranteed Delivery sellers by the icons below. The tick means that the delivery will start from the next day, while the 24h icon means that the delivery will be made within the next day.
Once an order is made from LazMall sellers covered by LazMall Guaranteed Delivery, customers will then see a stated delivery date on the Order Confirmation Page. If the delivery is not made by the date provided, the customer will be compensated accordingly.
There’s no need to file a claim for compensation, and the compensation amount, which varies by market, will be automatically credited to the customer’s wallet.
Shoppers from the Greater Manila Area will be among the first to experience the service, which covers a wide selection of products from various brands available on LazMall. Brands include:
- Unilever
- P&G
- Xiaomi
- Realme
- Maybelline
- Adidas
- Converse
- Other popular brands in the electronics, mother and baby, and home appliances categories
The service supports the existing provisions from LazMall – 100% Authentic and 15-Day Returns. Together, the trio of services assure shoppers that they’re getting high-quality, genuine products, along with a 15-day easy return policy and a reliable delivery service that’s now guaranteed to arrive in time.
