HUAWEI is starting 2020 with a new entry-level contender for the Philippine market. The Y9s packs a Kirin 710F, a triple camera system, and a 4,000mAh battery.
Y9s boasts a 6.59-inch TFT LCD display at FHD+ resolution, and comes with 6GB or RAM and 128GB of storage. It runs on EMUI 9.1 on top of Android 9. It’s also equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
For improved storage performance, Y9s supports UFS 2.1 Dual Storage technology, and HUAWEI’s Extendable Read-Only File System (EROFS).
For optics, the device packs three rear shooters – 48MP Main, 8MP Ultra Wide, and a 2MP depth sensor. Up front is a 16MP snapper housed in a motorized pop-up module. Camera features include a dedicated Night Mode, 480fps slow motion video, and EIS.
Pricing and Availability
HUAWEI Y9s retails for PhP13,990 and is now available in Lazada and Shopee. Those who will purchase will get a PhP100 shopping voucher, a bottle, a data cable, and shopping bag, along with a One Day Pass for Anytime Fitness, FREE.
