Renders of the Samsung Galaxy Buds+, the company’s rumored upcoming true-wireless earbuds offering, were spotted online. The updated version is expected to be unveiled alongside the Samsung Galaxy S20 family in February.

The first thing that catches the eye with the renders is the design of the Buds+. Which seems like it will carry the same design as its predecessor. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

A new color in Sky Blue joins the options (Black and White) as far as colors go. With yellow not in the picture, we can only assume that Sky Blue takes its place.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds+ renders may seem like the original Buds but the updated version is expected to feature aptX support and active noise cancellation. Active noise cancellation, of course, was seen in the Buds’ competitors.

We’ll just have to wait for February and see if it does retain the design as well as see how far Samsung has gone to upgrade the hardware and software.
