Just hours before the official reveal to be held in Pax East, Baldur’s Gate III had some screenshots leaked and they were absolutely stunning. Larian Studios, developers behind some of the best RPG’s in the Divinity series, will be taking the helm for Baldur’s Gate III so you know the franchise is in good hands.
The official opening cinematic that sets up the story was finally revealed and you can check it out below:
Almost everything you’d want in a fantasy RPG setting is there. Magic spells, fire breathing dragons, and even a… tentacle flying ship? I dunno about you but I’ve been waiting a long time for a third Baldur’s Gate game so this is certainly a welcome development!
