What separates gaming smartphones from high-end smartphones, are the extra features that improve the overall experience.
For the upcoming Black Shark 3 Pro, one of these features is a pair of shoulder buttons. This makes the phone feel more like a game controller. The notable difference is that this one uses a mechanical solution for better precision and feedback.
When not in use, the triggers are retracted, for a more seamless look, and activate only when needed. It would be nice if you could set which apps will use it, or even remap the buttons for other tasks.
As for durability, the company claims that the buttons can withstand more than 300,000 lifts and over a million clicks.
The Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro are set to launch on March 3, 2020.
