Huawei has just officially launched the Watch GT 2e and a new color for the Watch GT 2. These were announced by the company alongside the P40 series and Sound X.
The Huawei Watch GT 2e is the latest addition to the Watch GT family, the company’s wearable series. The Watch GT 2e has a more sporty design compared to that of the previously released Watch GT 2. It also has an integrated strap and a 1.39-inch AMOLED display.

The Watch GT 2e has a Kirin A1 chipset inside and said to have two weeks of battery life. Having been designed for a more active and sporty lifestyle, it has 100 workout modes, Custom Workouts, and Auto Detection features. The watch is also water-resistant of up to 50 meters.
The Watch GT 2 also got some love albeit just in a new color, the New Champagne Gold Edition.
In addition, the company also announced the 2020 Spring/Summer Series for its Gentle Monster – Huawei Eyewear. The latest in the eyewear series are the Smart HER 01 or Smart MY MA 01. Both have dual semi-open speakers, AI noise reduction, and wireless charging.
The Huawei GT 2e will come in four colors – Graphite Black, Lava Red, Mint Green, and Icy White. The Watch GT 2e will retail for EUR 199 (around PHP 11,300). The new color of the Watch GT 2, on the other hand, will go for EUR 229 (around PHP 13,000) for the white strap version and EUR 249 (around PHP 14,200) for the red strap version.
The two watches will be available in April. As for the Eyewear, not much else was mentioned at the launch.
