As we’d always like to say, free games are always good! The Epic Store gave us Assassin’s Creed Syndicate for free a couple of weeks ago and this time around, Aiden Pearce (and one, Stanley) is hacking his way into your systems on March 19-26.
Watch Dogs and The Stanley Parable will be your free Epic Store games for next week!
Watch Dogs tells the story of Aiden Pearce, a skilled hacker who is hell bent on extracting revenge for the death of his Niece. Watch Dogs was met with lukewarm response, mostly because of the fact that the game did not turn our as visually appealing as first promised. That’s not to say that Watch Dogs isn’t fun, as it offers users with an open world filled with action that sets you up for the far better Watch Dogs 2.
The Stanley Parable is a… hmm, walking simulator, as you would say? It’s a first person game with interactive narration which started out as a mod to Half-Life 2. As boring as it may sound, it’s best to be enlightened and give it a try, hey it’s free next week!
Anodyne 2, A Short Hike, and Mutazione are the free games until March 19 so be sure to pick those up as well while you’re at it!
