Lenovo Teases Upcoming Gaming Laptops Powered by NVIDIA RTX Graphics and 10th Generation Intel Processors

Legion, Lenovo’s gaming brand, is set to unveil its newest gaming laptops this year. They sent us a teaser which highlights some of the features you can expect, and we could say things are getting very exciting for the brand.

New Lenovo Legion 7i laptopThe Lenovo Legion 7i is powered by the new GeForce RTX SUPER GPUs with Max-Q design and will allow gamers to experience higher clock speeds and new levels of realism in AAA games.

New Lenovo Legion 5i laptopIts sibling, the Lenovo Legion 5i, will be equipped with up to an RTX 2060 GPU. Lenovo’s gaming machines will also support NVIDIA G-SYNC for smoother, tear-free gaming. Both will pack the latest 10th Generation Intel Core H-Series Mobile processors

Lenovo’s Legion PC’s, including the Legion 5i and 7i, will be the first to be equipped with the new NVIDIA Advanced Optimus technology for improved battery efficiency.

This feature detects GPU workloads and automatically connects either the NVIDIA GPU or the IGP to the display, preserving battery life when light workload applications are running and delivering maximum performance and framerates when gaming.

The Legion 5i and Legion Y540 laptops with an RTX 2060 GPU option will be priced starting at US$999, while the Legion 7i and Legion Y740 laptops with the RTX 2070 GPU are set to be priced starting at US$1199.
