As its May 7 launch approaches, more details about the LG Velvet have surfaced, revealing what is a seemingly capable mid-range device.
A promotional video has confirmed that the device will run on the Snapdragon 765G. It will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card.
The Velvet will reportedly sport a 48MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM2 sensor with OIS and is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide unit and a 5MP depth sensor. Up front is a 16MP unit.
It will allegedly run on a 4,300mAh battery that supports fast wired and wireless charging. Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner and an IP68 rating.
LG Velvet will come in four colors – Aurora White, Aurora Green, Aurora Gray, and Illusion Sunset, and will retail for KRW 899,800 or around $730.
